		<description>I've done a bit of searching on the range 85.255.112.0 - 85.255.127.255 and it is owned by UkrTeleGroup and nothing good comes out of there.

They are regular culprits for DNS redirection attacks and spam and virus attacks come from these addresses too. They also seem to regularly sweep the WWW and particularly search for forums and blogs. I fully advocate blocking the entire address range, in both directions. If you find a machine on your network trying to contact this range then almost certainly that machine has a virus.</description>
