She got the company to send another one and I finally got it at Thanksgiving. The package managed to get to Commerce City (close to Denver), so you'd think it would make it to Boulder, but no. I'm sure not as excited as you were when you saw the truck. I can just imagine you running down the stairs to get the box. Just like a kid at Christmas time running down the stairs to the tree. I have had absolutely horrible service from UPS everywhere I've ever lived, and shining wonderful service from Fedex. What you describe is something I'd only expect from UPS. Destroyed packaging, late delivery, no information, terrible service, etc. Maybe it's regional.<br /><br />Glad you got your system though! I just got home a few minutes ago, and was wandering around the apartment putting my coat away and such, and happened to glance out the window to see a FedEx truck parked.<br /><br />I run downstairs to find the FedEx driver standing in the doorway getting a signature from the 90+ year old woman who lives downstairs. I had to practically beat the old woman with a stick to get her to let go of the box with my name on it. Apparently the phrase "no ma'am, this is for me" doesn't mean much.<br /><br />And the FedEx driver never bothered to check... oh I dunno... NAMES? Apartment numbers? Genders, for crying out loud? Does the 90 year old woman in front of you really look like a Thomas? I don't think so! Had I not looked out the window when I did, I might never have gotten the Cube.<br /><br />So... at long last... with great luck... it's mine.
