Well, you're in luck, because that's what I do. Over the last few years, I've developed websites for one-man enterprises, garage bands, and small businesses. With each client, my goal is the same: getting them a great website that does exactly what they need.
Being a small-time freelancer means I take the time to sit down with you and actually find out what it is you want out of your website. Some companies will try to sell you a generic cookie-cutter template, stick your name at the top, and charge you for their "effort." Not here. I promise to work with you to develop a unique site, just for you, that will work for you.

My experience includes work using (X)HTML/CSS and the PHP and ASP scripting languages, with a focus on standards-based design conforming to the W3C's recommendations. What all that means is that I write websites that will be accessible to as many visitors as possible, no matter how they're visiting your site.
the where
I'm based in southeastern Wisconsin, USA, but physical distance doesn't matter online, so I'm available to work on projects for anyone, anywhere in the country.
